The JH-A260 hearing aids come with a cleaning brush and wax guard kit to help you easily maintain the device at home.
Daily cleaning is simple:
- Gently wipe the hearing aids with a dry, soft cloth after each use
- Use the included cleaning brush to remove dust or debris from the sound outlet
- Check the ear domes regularly and gently clean off any earwax buildup
Maintenance tips:
- Keep the devices away from moisture and always dry them after exposure to sweat
- Store them in a clean, dry case when not in use
- Avoid using water or cleaning liquids directly on the device
Proper cleaning helps ensure clear sound quality and extends the lifespan of your hearing aids.
Can it be worn during exercise?
The JH-A260 hearing aids are rated IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light sweat and everyday moisture.
However, we do not recommend wearing them during intense exercise. High-impact movements may cause the devices to loosen or fall out, increasing the risk of loss. Additionally, the JH-A260 is designed specifically for hearing assistance and does not support music playback or Bluetooth streaming, so it may not be ideal for workout scenarios.
If you choose to wear them during light activities, we recommend:
- Using a hearing aid retention cord to reduce the risk of loss
- Wiping off sweat after use to help prevent long-term moisture damage
Are they water resistant?
Yes, the JH-A260 hearing aids are rated IP65 water-resistant, which means they are protected against dust and can withstand light rain and sweat during daily use.
However, they are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water. Please remove them before showering, swimming, or any water-related activities.
To extend the lifespan of your devices, we also recommend gently wiping them dry after exposure to moisture.
